Ive been trying to cancel 3 lines since February with no success at all.
so i complained on hellopeter on 2 October.
Hosea Magano responded in a promising manner at first glance, saying, email the details and he would sort it out.
However: an email address would have helped a lot.
Today is 24 October and i have sent more emails and phoned again and still no service whatsoever.
