Is 10102 still an existing??

I doubt Telkom even cares about these complaints. I have been sitting on the phone for over 2 hours awaiting a Telkom call centre agent to assist. What a joke. Is this what Telkoms service orientation is about? It is completely horrendous. They all need to go and do a training course on what customer service is about
