I was referred to RMCS by Jet after I telephoned to complain about charges that had been charged to my account. It appears that someone has been buying prepaid vouchers and charging them to my account. I do not see why I have to wait to have this problem sorted out. The personnel at RMCS tell me I have to wait 48 working hours for them to respond to me. Would they wait 48 working hours for me to pay an overdue account?
