So, my line (telephone ADSL) has been down since last week Tuesday. (15/10/13)
After being passed from pillar to post and effectively being fed from some of the most incompetent call centre staff, I happened across Keegan today.
While I'm admittedly still highly annoyed at the slow progress Telkom has made in rectifying the problem, his advice, insights and willingness to help has made the whole process that much more bearable.
Well done, Keegan - It's nice to know there are still some people working at Telkom who are there for more than just a monthly paycheck.
