I got a bill for my contract phone that is normally R500 is now R1500.i contacted vodacom to activate a my gig on my number but failed to do so.instead i got a ridiculously high bill which i cant afford.if they did activate it like they suppose to my bill will stay R650 as arranged with vodacom.they said their data and contract department will phone me regarding this matter but have failed to do so.i would like this to be rectified asap.
