Double debit orders and bad customer service

Cell c is absolutely terrible

Customer service is useless, they just keep forwarding your message as no one wants to deal with you, or no one has the knowledge of how to deal with your issues. You only get a response once their response time window has depleted, and then it is a message that does not relate to your original message at all, it either has nothing to do with your query, or they say that your message has been forwarded to the relevant department... continuously. This has been going on for 2 weeks now

1. They are deducting more than R200 from my account on a R99 contract.
2. They will not provide me with free 3gb midnight data, even though the promotion clearly states that the offer is available to new and existing contract holders.
3. Their internet dialing software does not work at all, I had to physically alter the programming code in order for it to work, and it is still intermittent.

I can not wait until my contract expires. I am sick and tired of cell c screwing me around.

I would never recommend cell c to my worst enemy.

Absolutely disgusted.
