Virgin Moblie called me in April 2013 and told me I HAD to change my contract which i did. they then got it wrong and delivered a phone i did not order so i did not accept it. then i spent months calling their call centre to speak to one of their Champs, or should i say Chumps and not one of the 10 i spoke to could sort out the changing of my contract! i went for a special in MAY and it still has not been implemented. i have exhanged emails with many of their Chumps to no avail. I have written to their "Lack of Service" Deptartment and they are useless. I am still paying a high rate each minute even though i am supposed to be on another cheaper rate contract. Now they have taken money from my account for the phone i did not accept. I live in Knsyna and there are no Virgin offices down here so i asked a friend of mine in Joberg to go in and get them to call me, even that did not work. He then called Virgin Head office who gave him the run around on the phone for 2 hours. THEY ARE A COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY BUT THEY DONT HAVE THE FAINTEST IDEA OF HOW TO COMMUNICATE! In all my years on Radio doing consumer complaints i NEVER dealt with a company as inept as this.
