I went for my contract application on 15 September 2013, Mr. Johnson gave me a warm welcome at the branch, clear advice on the entire process and that alone is super to me as I always want to know where I'm going. In just a moment he called for feedback and there are not enough words to explain such a clear detail he provided on my new device usage... I never needed the manual.
