I know that it easy for people always to complain about bad service, but I believe one should recognize the good and even excellent service too!
I have been dealing with the Virgin Insurance call centre for years and had good service. The call I just made to Virgin Insurance (25 April 2013) has been the best experience I have ever had. I have to say firstly that Pearl Twala has been the most polite and service friendly person I have dealt with in a very long while. She listened to my every question in detail and provided detailed feedback in which she was very clear, friendly and diligent. I haven't worked or dealt with someone in a long time that took the time to explain and assist an individual to sort out enquiries, especially in the current service environment we are in.
I can say without a doubt I received "World Class" service
I know this only represents words, but the "quality" feeling I am feeling is a lot more than what can be put into words! Thank you so much for your service and patience.
