Reparing problem

I took my phone to Vodacare Tygervalley Centre in Cape Town on the 19 January 2013. I received an sms confirming that the phone has been assigned to a Engeneer and never received anything after that. I then called them on the 27 January and was told the phone is ready and when i asked why I was not told via sms they said its a system that send messages. I went to fetch the phone yesterday on the 28 January 2013 and the phone could not switch on and when i asked if the phone was not tested before i was told that it was, I waited for more than an hour for the software to be updated and nothing came right. I was then advised to rebook the phone which is not acceptable to me, I use the phone for work and school related and now its 2 weeks i dont have a phone, so i realy dont like to way the issue has been handled i wasted petrol to drive more than 30km to get the phone and had to come back and now when the phone is ready i mst waste petrol again
