There is construction being done by my neighbour. Their builders tampered with the adsl line from the connection pole to my house. Now I have no internet as a result. Seeing that Im paying a lot of money for my line I demand that a technician come and sort out the fault with the line. I am not prepared to pay as it was not my fault. I know how sloppy telkom are in terms of resolving such problems. If a technician does not sort this out by wednesday. I will take this further with the consumer council as I pay a lot of money to have the service only to have telkom drag their feet to fix it. I look forward to seeing something done about this now!
