Telkom Mobile Terrible Network! Shocking!!! Part 2

Previously wrote to Hello Peter struggling bad service for 2 months trying to get 2 numbers reconnected onto original tariffs. Reconnected my 2 numbers 2 months later & still paid for no service for 2 months. "Nomfondo" back office called & apologised & advised would be reimbursed R1800 for the 2 months no service. Nothing done! 2 months later! Spoke to manager Sheldon & advised he would fix. Still nothing! Now manager Wandele following up & starting all over again! Back office Nomfondo could not reinstate original tariffs - now don't exist! Nomfondo reconnected numbers and put onto new tariffs. Picked up I was on wrong tariffs. Again called in to fix this additional issue - Spoke to Noktula on the 17 September. Then on 16th October was debited without warning R1570 Telkom mobile charged reconnection fee of R200 for their mistake! Then charged R96 for BIS that did not agree to! Blackberry internet service also never worked, I always have limited data coverage due to poor coverage! Then they charge me R17 for an itemised not requested & sent to wrong address! Then debited R1570 on the 16th October instead of 30th & incurred R115 bank charges! Shocking terrible service & network!!
