Its been 3 months now since I cancelled my account and have been billed illegally without my money being returned to me. This is the reason I cancelled my contract... obviously not up to standard.
Does Cell C think it acceptable that they are witholding what is rightfully mine? I dont and I have just submitted my ICASA complaint and will hear from shortly. Im done.
It is up to the regulator to get my st*len money back.
