I have now had an unsuccessful collection on my account for a ridiculous amount due to the fact that Telkom Mobile has no clue how to run their accounts and admin. They claim that I have payments outstanding for the last 3 months, however, I have email confirmation and proof of payment of my account being up to date - which I have sent NUMEROUS times - plus then this month they don't even run their debit order??? This is disgusting. On top of that - we haven't even been able to use any of the data we get every month due to the lack of signal, which is strange because on their map it shows as being 3G saturated. I will now be taking this to the Ombudsman as well as the NCR, Frankly, I want refunds for every single month we have not been able to use our data with NO EXPLANATION why or how it can be improved.
