It is now 13 days since reported the matter and I have still not received my refund. Autopage in the meantime receives interest on monies they took out of my account and I am experiencing unfair financial stress. It find this totally unprofessional and totally disgusting. To date I still haven't received any response from autopage. I was promised that this matter will be resolved within 7 days.
