I called to cancel my data contract as I do not use the number at all. My contract expires in 30 days and so have given 30 days notice. George Tserema tells me that he can only process the cancellation the following month and that my cancellation shall be effective a month after expiry. To my shock I explained that this then means you have given me a 25 month contact instead of 24. He says I should read the terms and conditions and I dont have a choice. I tried to discuss this with him and he said he does not care and that we should "agree to disagee". What a disgrace of a company!
I would like to cancel the contract as per the 24 month period I agreed to!
