My Worst Mistake to Date

I recently regretfully got a contract from Vodacom
1. The service from Vodacom4u northgate was beyond atrocious. Not one of the 3 phones I initially asked for was in stock so I had to settle for an S3 mini that didn't arrive at the store for 2.5 weeks despite being told it would take 2 days.
2. I specifically requested my debit order go off on the 27th. Instead it went off on the 10th. The call centre woman, Riona, says she can't vouch for whoever spoke to me but his name is brandon. Its her job to explain to me what her company is doing.
3.I was advised that R199 would be deducted from the account I supplied (which I don't use regularly) so I put that exact amount only for a different larger amount to be deducted. the payment was obviously rejected which is bad for my credit record. The answer i got from my query to vodacom4u northgate was "oh sorry, i forgot an extra amount would go off." seriously? So I paid cash via EFT as instructed just so they could resubmit the debit order and now I have made a double payment which they can't pay back for 14days!
I'm starting to think the people who told me Vodacom was a mistake were right.i'm beyond disgusted by this service.
