I got a bill for R1700 for my 14 year old sons I pad. I queried this and was told he went over his limit. When I opened the account I told them he cannot go over 2g. No one of course could help me including the head office. I had to pay that amount. I was told to go in and sign a new contract to make sure he didn't go over and guess what surprise surprise he was able to go over the limit again. I once again phoned and was told they would get back to me. I am still waiting. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL ROB YOU. I have four accounts with them which I will be closing if anybody bothers to let me know how much I need to pay. Please everyone beware.
