We had our office telephone installed by Uthetha and after a couple of weeks it stopped working. We contacted Uthetha who want charge us R741 to come out to see what the problem is. I have tried to speak to them about this as I would be happy to pay it if there is a problem that was not due to installation but they dont return phone calls or respond to emails. We are a small business so the impact of not having a phone is big. However I feel it is not acceptable to charge a call out fee (with bad service) if the problem is due to installation.
