Ot having sufficient network coverage to utilise the phone ; when stepping into a building - the signal on the phone cuts completely.
90 % of the time I receive miss call notifications via sms from the network indicating that my handset was off - when in fact it was on.
No 3G coverage! The monthly bill delivered by email cannot be viewed with the Galaxy S4 - not compatible
Additionally the phone often notifies me for Roaming when using WIFI.
I have logged a formal complaint with Cell C on the 12 August 2013, and have received no feedback to date.
Terrible service!!!
What is the point of having a smart phone with a "not so smart" network - painfully frustrating to say the least!!!
Fourth time logging the same complaint without any success!!!
