Call centre agent promised to send me a data usage report last Saturday and I'm still waiting. 8ta froze my data for no reason and almost half the month is gone without me having any data but I will still be expected to pay for this month. 8ta also and said I was emailed about my last complaint when I received nothing. Sick and tired of this useless service. I want my data and I will give a month notice to cancel this account. The is no way I'm upgrading after this experience.
