Today I pulled a report from the TransUnion, to find that I am listed for (I don't what). I contacted the contact center, only to be informed that I have a contract I am not aware of, which I opened and closed immediately without collecting the items.
Funny enough, you currently has my contact details, but did not bother sending account statements to notify me about the outstanding, although you do send me the other one. To show that they care less about the customers rather than the customer's pocket and future, they decided to list me.
I then contacted their contact center, a lady gave me legal numbers that don't even ring (011 207 8093). I contact them once more, to be given the correct numbers (011 207 8049) this time around.
I spoke to Sydney Phume, the guy seemed clueless about legal procedures to get my name out of the ITC ASAP. After 30 Min of talking, he told me, "fax us the copy of your ID and affidavit. mxm
