Firstly you send me the wrong phone, it took 8 days and counting to get it back to you from sandton to midrand. send as an express parcel via ram, hand to hand couriers on the 30 Sept 2013 and you still have not received it?!! Your service is shocking and i`m not even a customer. Pathetic.
