INACCURATE BILLING

I am disgusted!!!

Vodacom has charged me R2800 for data on my account that I have not used,

My account is roughly R1500 per month and now they bill me R5000!!!

This is unacceptable!!!

I demand a explanation of exactly where when and for what this data was used!

I will take this matter up with ICASA.
