My data bundle on my account somehow got deleted so when I received my April bill it was way higher than ever before and all because of data costs. I phoned and a helpful consultant explained that somehow my data bundle had been deleted off and he readded it and said that he would take the exorbitant costs I had to pay for their mistake to a higher level but I have yet to get any feedback!
I have chatted to friends and they have had the expect same thing happen to them in the last month or so!
