I'VE SENT THROUGH NUMEROUS MESSAGES ON THE 'MY.ACCOUNT' ONLINE SERVICE REGARDING SENDING MY CELLPHONE IN FOR REPAIRS, WHICH IS ON CONTRACT WITH AUTOPAGE.
I TOOK THE CONTRACT OUT WITH THE HEADOFFICE ONLINE AS THERE IS NO AUTOPAGE BRANCH IN MY TOWN, AND AS SUCH, HEADOFFICE HAS TO ASSIST ME WITH THE REPAIR.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE DESIRED FEEDBACK SINCE MY INITIAL REQUEST ON 21 OCTOBER 2013. HOWEVER, WHEN I SENT THROUGH A REQUEST REGARDING TAKING OUT A SECOND CONTRACT, I RECEIVED A CALL THE NEXT DAY! THAT SAYS IT ALL!!!
I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THE CALLCENTRE AS WELL BUT THEY ARE JUST AS USELESS.
BOTTOM LINE IS, DONT EVER TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH AUTOPAGE!!! THEY ARE USELESS!!!
