Dont know what they are selling

I needed to upgrade my elderly parents contracts and they both wanted the galaxy pocket plus with the 32" samsung tv.

I spoke to the assistant there and asked for the model number/specifications on the TV, but he could not tell me anything other than it was 32" HD samsung (couldn't even tell me if its full HD or HD ready). The manager comes to see me and tell me to go to the brooklyn branch of Samsung in the Brooklyn mall.

I get to the samsung and find very helpful assistants there (even if it was the one guy's 1st day he tried very hard to help before asking the experienced assistant for help). They try every thing to find out what TV this is that MTN has to offer on their specials, but to no avail.

I head back to MTN to ask what now? So they said head office. I email head office of MTN and Samsung both replied me by asking my ID number, all i want is a code to google so i can know what the TV is but they want my ID number. I send them my id number but nothing back from either.

Couple of days later frustrated decides to go to Hatfield MTN and i ask them the same. They said they could only get stock in 30 days??? advertise a special without stock... ended up just leaving the TV
