My BlackBerry started going faulty after 6 months. I took it in to Autopage Westwood Branch who supplied the phone. They had the phone for repairs for almost 2 months (did not provide a loaner). Within a month the phone had exaclty the same problem. I once again retuned the phone and asked for a new phone. They stated they would not provide a new phone as the damaged phone would be repaired by them (no loaner provided) They would not give me the manager phone no and said I have to deal with the service centre. Its been 1 week without any responce. Once again I am using a borrowed phone. How much longer will I have to content with a lemon?
