Waiting for a month to have adsl connected

I registered to have adsl connected at home more than a month ago. Initially an incorrect id was used so there was a delay. Subsequently an appoibtment was made for installtion. I spent the day at home waiting. I had on one occassion went ti shower. This is the time they pitched and they left cos of no answer. They called from a private number i couldnt return the call. I called the call centre only to have to make another bookibg for a another week later.
