I have been trying to cancel a contract (for a phone that was faulty and returned within 7 days) since the 16 July 2013. I do not have this phone and I am being billed for this new contract.
Nicky from Retentions has been dealing with this, he has not returned any of my calls, which he has promised to return since 16 July 2013. I also spoke to a consultant - George who who would not give me any direct numbers and whi threatened to cut the call on me??? Have your staff heard of customer service? the CPA? etc etc
I expect the following:
- This contract to be cancelled.
- For my billing to be altered to refelct my previous contract
- For all the cell phone calls I have made to 086 123 24 24 to be credited.
- For your employees to be held accountable for thier actions.
