I have reported this and every time I lose my cool as they don't have my reference anymore or response with "can't do anything" or "will call back" and it never happens. I have almost no signal at home. I have 2 data contracts and I phone contact with cell c. when people call me they can't hear me and I have to wait 5 min for a web page to open if any. Only if a stand on my balcony I might get a signal then the 5 min wait. What is cell c's responsibility towards me? I have to pay but they don't have to give me what I pay for? Is this breach of contract? I can't do my tax or banking form home. What are my options? My ref for one of the calls was 3082301365
