I went online to purchase a Data Bundle two days ago, I followed the standard procedure of buying 250mb and waited for the results then it showed system not responding I must try again, which I did and it said the same thing then I just left It. I only realised two days later when I made a phone call my call was ended very quickly. So I checked my balance then I saw Vodacom has made a double deduction.
I would like to have my second deduction to be converted back into airtime please.
I phoned the customer care line to complain on what happened they said it could not be done after I explained to them what had happened. The bundle is expiring in a month I know I won't even use half of it. I had a budget for the month for airtime now I have nothing Vodacom is inconveniencing me as a customer. Please rectify this situation to restore my confidence in This Network.
