I called 111 to get my internet inhibitor deactivated. I tried to explain to the gentleman that I called earlier but because they were offline was not assisted. He instead tried to demonstate his cleverness by telling me that I do not have internet inhibitor and to prove this he was going to activate and subsequetly deactivate the 'service'. To me all he was gonna do was activate a service that has fokkol to do with me. So I asked him to check again and he insisted. I asked to speak to someone else and he came back after making me hold for 5 minutes to tell me that Busi his team leader was busy escalating calls (read: does not want to speak to you as you are not nb to Vodacom). I then told him I called I called earlier and a coloured guy told me he could see the inhibitor why can he to which I got a scoff and a maybe its something to do with the skin colour. A very and inapproprite comment. I hung up the phone and called 111 again and a gentleman whose name I can't recall but know his job and system very well gave me a number to call and on which a gentleman by the name Carl (082155) assisted me quiclkly and effectively. zakhele ngobeni I pray you become better at ur jo
