STILL WAITING??

I have complained numerous times about Sony's lack of service and bad attitude.

I got feedback three weeks ago, my phone would be collected and taken a look at again..

HOW IS THERE NO WARRANTY FOR A WATER RESISTANT PHONE??

i sent my address and have been waiting for three weeks for this phone to be collected! HELP??? ANYONE BESIDES SONYS PR COMPANY CRAVING NOVITY THAT COULD HELP?

bOTH YOUR PRODUCT AND YOUR SERVICE ARE LACKING! I am a very unsatisfied customer, you could have assisted me four months ago! but NO progress happening here!
