Please help!!!

I'm losing all patients and respect to Autopage its been 5days an my sim card is still not ready to use and still not activated.
If been calling left right and center and still no one v=can help me I mean really how long can you take to activate the sim card if got business card with the new number but the sim is still no working!!!
Bad service from auto page and will never tell someone to get a contract with you!!!
