Double Billing

Since the inception of my contract I have been double billed. I logged a call with the service centre on the
26/09/2013.I have phoned on numerous occasions to find out when I will be refunded, only to be sent sms's
saying that it has been sent for approval, then approved but no funds have been transferred to date. Surely it can't take more than a week to solve a simple problem!
Do you think I would like to RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH AUTOPAGE AGAIN???
