No internet connection

I currently stay in Randfontein. This weekend I went to a wedding in Mpumalanga where my phone i.e. 0614053538 was roaming for the entire day. On my way back when reception was back, HSDPA showing on my phone, i tried to connect to the internet and to no avail. I have called call center 3 times and given lame solution; to reboot my phone and leave it off for 5 min and it will resume... no internet. Second consultant and the online chat consultant told to me to send Setup (imei number). Guess what, I got a message that "your Lumia is not supported by automatic setup, If I insert a different sim card from Vodacom, the phone works perfect, meaning that there isn't any fault with the phone. Please fix my number as i have 2Gigs of data in there.
