It has proven to be such a nightmare getting my money back frm MTN. For three months I wad charged R60 for BIS even though I had upgraded to Samsumg. I enquired in April I wad told I was going to be refunded in May which did not happen. I enquired again beginning of Sept, I was told it was escalated to billing but still nothing hsppened. I enquired again on Sunday, was told the supervisor will respond by tuesday. It is fridsy anf im still waiting. Some Willem sent me an email promising to get bk to me and it hssnt hsppend., I wish I could just terminate my contract with these losers
