The Guardian
Day light

In 2010 I signed up for armed response with the Guardian. Upon signing I enquired from the MD what would happen if I moved houses. I was told that the company would help me move the system to the new place, no mention of money was made. I then lost my job and had to move to a smaller place, that's when they mentioned crazy amounts. I then decided not to continue with the contract, this after they removed the system from the house. Then a year later due to divorce my house was sold. I informed them that I neither owned the house nor was i employed, they continued to debit my account. Even after they had the entire system, which belonged to me in their possession. I have contacted them via email and calls several times to no avail. The contract officially ended in January 2013 but they are still debiting my account. The last they debited my account was on 2 April 2013. I have enquired from as to when exactly my contract expires, to no avail. Their contact details are: Michel du Booij 0842777169 and 0116807267.

I would like to have all my money refunded to me please, from the time I was unemployed.

Please help me, I'm desparate.
