Worst experience with feedback and assistance

We took a celphone contract with Cell C in Dec 2011, the monthly subs being R215.00. The contract was purely to "buy' a x-box. We paid this R215 monthly up to April 2013, during May we recieved a statement of R2212.55, immediately going to Cell C to query. We then realized the calls were made by someone else and the goods. We opened a police case and handed this to Cell C as well. The bill has since increased to R5061.26, we know we are liable (and started paying back) but now how many months later we see a warranty is available should the SIM be that will wave up to an amount of R2000. I sent a fax, and phoned, yesterday I spoke to Thabile who said she was not aware of such warranties! I actually said to her I hope the call was recorded as she said over and over again she does not know! Also this account reflects as closed due to non payment and reflects on ITC, nothing is on the file of the police investigation. No 1 person ever looks at the file and gives answers its always BUT this and BUT that. Cell C is very quick to send demand letter but not quick to assist their customers in ANY way.
