I Phoned Mweb to cancel my month to month payment ADSL service. And according to mweb I will still need to pay November and that is not acceptable to me. As I already paid October and this is the 2nd of October. According to some report other ISP lets you cancel your ADSL in the month you paid.

The reason for cancelling is bad ADSL speed and now I need to pay for another month! I want my contract to be cancelled ASAP.
