Mobile network not available

Have contract with vodacom, but periodicaly (during the month, not at end where possible overrun on account could be possible), I get message " Mobile network not available". I dont get any incoming calls or messages during this period, but I am getting complaints from my customers, & have lost business through this.
Latest outage was yesterday from 11h55 to 06h30 on Thurs .a.m.( Today)
Money was taken off my account on the 30 th Sept., so it cant be because of no payment.
I consider this to be, taking money & not delivering the goods. People moan about Telkom, but I must say I am getting far better service & reliability from telkom. I am giving my landline no. to customers, as Vodacom 's service is so erratic I cant do business using it. I wish to cancell my contract if at all possible. help Neotel if Vodacom take over their business.
