Had a problem a few months ago where my calls kept dropping after 10s, in the area I stay. After complaining twice, I was asked to fill in a form. I contacted them again after a few weeks and wasn't to happy. They however offered to cancel my contract at no cost. The operator however, asked me to more patient as they have lined up the area to be improved. I was called 2 weeks later by another Cell C employee to ask about the quiality of the calls as they have replaced the base station. My call quality did improve massively as well as my data connection. Very good work guys.
