I went in to Cell C Pavilion for an upgrade on my phone, i had heard about the S4 from everyone so decided to go with that one. The guy that 'assisted' me didnt introduce himself, just took down my cellphone number and gave me a document to sign. He was a trainee and kept asking his colleague who was assisting another customer for help. When i asked him questions he was unclear and couldnt even tell me the benefits of the contract / phone. I took the phone because i was desperate, however up till now i still dont know how much im paying for my contract and if the data im getting is enough. So unhappy and disatisfied with the service i received.
