Rude and incompetent service

I am very disgusted by vodacom and their Legal staff, who has cut my lines without notification and I am extremely irritated as I now have no connection even though I have not skipped a payment and always paid in advance. I have applied for administration and would still be paying vodacom through my administration for a service that now has been illegally cut! the gent at legal department was rude and not helpfull, moreso irritated by me than I am supposed to be by them. This is unacceptable. I do hope someone can contact me competently as I cannot call again after a call yesterday of almost an hou on ref 312781533. contact me via email as i do not have a cell number that works!
