Bad Customer Service

Hi,

I was actually relieved after getting a response back from Cell C, Busi called and I thought she was very helpful and was promised that the issue will be resolved and that my account will be credited accordingly. I got really surprised that another debit order for R280.66 went through my account this month, did is really frustrating. I have now paid R1078.66 over 3 months for a R119.00 a month contract. I thought a big company like Cell C will their processes in order but clearly they do not care about their customers. Such a small thing is turning to be such a rip off. They are even refusing to cancel the contract on request and refund me all the monies they have over charged me.

PLEASE STOP RIPPING ME OFF
