Sorting out of contract issue

Wrote a complaint about how an employee at one of cell c's branches incorrectly handled my upgrade. That afternoon, I got a phone-call to confirm the situation was being looked in to.

2 days later on the Monday, I received a phone-call from Cell C to handle my upgrade over the phone and I received the phone two days later.

Very happy with the swift service and handling of my issue.
