Fix the fault once and for all

Just would like to place on record my dissatisfaction at the service provided. I have been having this problem for the last few weeks. Sometime happens during the day and I have no telephone or internet service. I log a fault online and it's working the next day but a few hours or the next day this occurs again. I have logged a fault today for the 5th time. This is an inconvenience I am paying for. Please can someone competent fix the problem?
