My money for no service

Where to start... I cancelled my 084 3033165 contract on the 17 September 2013, filled in all documentation yet no one has cancelled the contract and you are billing me. Incompetence through and through and no one will help me as no one answers the departments phones.

I took out a contract on 0837484746 and have been billed for it yet NO ONE has activated the contract. This was on the 13 September 2013. How is that not from me. No one yet again can help me as NO ONE IS CAPABLE, but it seems that your debit order and BILLING department are so QUALIFIED they can quickly send invoices and deduct my account but no one can help me with the money you are. I swear if you people don't sort this out I will take this further. You cant just debit my account for a service NOT PROVIDED, THIS IS!!!
