So this is my 3rd or 4th complaint on the same issue...
Sidefree, i wonder again what "first thing tomorrow morning" means to you and im talking of the "promised follow-up" to the conversation we had over 2wks ago. An urgent call back request put thru to you via Ayanda-CS on 18/09 remains unattended.
every single time i have spoken to either Nereen & Devesh after their claim that the issue was referred only on 10/09/12 they have sounded clueless & annoyingly patronising. no results.
so if telephonic upgrade requests are not allowed (Nereen|); investigations have revealed that
1. you have no recording of me even enquiring the possibility of an upgrade.
2. you have no signed documentation
it only stands to reason there's an error/something fishy somewhere. So then, why wld Thufo-Accounts call on 18/09/13 to say my account is in arrears of almost R4k. Ayanda of CS tells me there's record of the issue on ur system but its status is "UNRESOLVED". After 3months??? devesh responds to my query "now how did that happen". you tell me how that happened??
and then, come 25/9/13, WAIT 4 IT>>>>cell c debits my account with R3, 867.
TELL ME HOW LONG THIS GUANO GOING TO GO ON FOR?
